You've probably seen their signs sticking up in the grass at the corner of busy interestions in Las Vegas, or you've seen them advertising their services in an advertisment mailer: "CARPET CLEANING! $9.95 A ROOM!" Many consumers find it difficult to pass up these offers, and end up inviting these specialists into their homes. Most of these service providers (especially those that specialize in carpet cleaning) don’t live up to their promises, and the 'specialist' turns out to be more of a salesman than a cleaner as soon as he is standing in the middle of your living room.
